This workshop focuses on educating the designer on the most effective ways to achieve ultimate consumer satisfaction when it comes to specifying and installing flooring products.
· Learn how and why the traditional family is changing and how this affects design decisions.
· Understand the needs of this 50+ group in order to properly select and communicate these design elements to your clients as it relates to floor covering choices.
· Understand and use the “hot buttons” related to this special client to help create a satisfied customer.
· Learn that, “The design of products and environments to be useable by all people, to the greatest extent possible, without the need for adaptation or specialized design”*, will help make you a credible resource with all of your clients.
